“Learn One-on-One with the Mentor”

Personalized Acting Coaching to Refine Your Craft, Build Confidence & Transform Your Performance.

ABOUT THE MENTOR

Personal Coaching at Roobaru Roshni Theatre Company is led by Nikkhil Dixit — an actor, writer, and director with years of experience in theatre and performance training. As the Founder of Roobaru Roshni, he has mentored hundreds of aspiring actors across India, helping them discover truth, depth, and authenticity in their craft.

He believes that acting isn’t about pretending — it’s about being. His sessions are built on real connection, emotional honesty, and experiential learning. With a background in directing stage productions and conducting national-level acting workshops, his approach blends professional technique with personal exploration.

Through one-on-one mentorship, the Mentor helps actors break barriers, find confidence, and connect deeply with themselves — both as performers and as human beings.

WHY PERSONAL COACHING

Every actor has a unique story — and a unique struggle. In a group class, you learn techniques. But in personal coaching, the learning becomes intimate, focused, and transformative. Here, the mentor works directly with you — your emotions, your patterns, your truth. It’s not about teaching you to act better; it’s about helping you feel deeper, connect stronger, and perform more truthfully.

Personal coaching gives you a space to experiment, fail, explore, and grow — without judgment. It’s where your craft becomes personal.
