About the Director

Nikkhil Dixit, the Founder & Director of Roobaru Roshni Theatre Company, is an accomplished actor, writer, and director who has dedicated his life to the craft of storytelling. With over a decade of experience in theatre and cinema, he is widely recognized for his unique vision of creating “Cinema on Stage”—a style that blends the realism of films with the intimacy of live theatre.

Since establishing the company in 2018, Nikkhil has directed and performed in more than 20 productions and over 600 shows at some of the most prestigious venues in India, including the iconic Prithvi Theatre in Mumbai. His work is known for its authenticity, subtle performances, and a commitment to truth in acting.

As a passionate mentor, Nikkhil has trained over 1000 students through acting classes, workshops, and online acting programs across India. He is also the creator of the YouTube channel “Acting is Easy with Nikkhil”, where he shares practical tips and insights for aspiring actors.

Driven by his belief in the Law of Attraction and the power of creativity, Nikkhil continues to inspire students, audiences, and fellow artists through his teaching, performances, and productions.

With a clear vision and a deep love for the art, he is building one of the most promising theatre groups in Mumbai, helping actors unleash their full potential on stage and beyond.
